The cost of service is $100.00 per hour + parking fees (if any). If the location you choose has paid parking, the photographer will pay for his vehicle and we will send you an invoice to pay online.
Images are delivered within 48 hours of the shoot day & time. You will receive an e-mail informing you and with a link to your images.
More isn’t always better. Every photoshoot and event has different variables but we strive for least 45 edited images per hour in a photoshoot and at least 75 edited images per hour in an event.
The number of images listed above is an average and not a guarantee. With Pics305 professional imaging, the perfect balance of quality and quantity is the goal.
Pics305 delivers all images after having been edited in post-production. Edition of images includes but is not limited to: contrast, saturation, color balance, exposure, cropping, etc.
Our proprietary techniques allow for high speed production and light speed delivery to you, our customer.
Pics305 is currently working on a gift card option, but right now you can purchase time and we will provide you with a promo-code your friends and loved ones can use. Please click here to contact us to purchase a gift for someone else.
You can also book the photo shoot/event photographer for them, but understand you will be the point of contact for the service duration and delivery of images.
Pics305 photographers are rarely late and if they are, they will adjust the photo shoot time accordingly.
Example: A 1 hour booking from 12:00pm to 1:00pm where the photographer arrives at 12:10PM, the booking will be extended to 1:10PM.
It is recommended that photoshoots are at a location with easy & accessible parking and are scheduled at a time that avoids rush hour.
If you are late to your shoot, you have a 10 minute grace time.
Remember that an arrival of 30 minutes late will only receive a maximum grace time of 10 minutes. If photographer’s schedule allows, you may be able to purchase another hour on the spot.
Weather may be unpredictable but you can schedule your shoot to fit your needs. Always take into account the weather. In South Florida there is a lot of rainfall during the summer months.
If it rains on your selected day, a second close-by location (indoors) can be visited. If there is not enough time to visit the other location the photo shoot can be extended if the photographer’s schedule permits.
We pay serious attention to the weather around the chosen location and we are in contact with you through the leading days up to the shoot.
Reminder: You can avoid cancellation or having to reschedule if you have a close-by covered area or indoors option.
IMPORTANT: Some indoor locations charge to be able to take pictures. The charge is commonly referred to as a “photography permit.”
Anytime is a good time for a photo shoot. It is all up to you but here are the 3 most important tips to take into account:
Weekdays during work and school hours are the most efficient days for a photo shoot. The best days for a photo shoot can also depend on your location and time chosen.
We recommend a stress free environment where there are not too many people and traffic is easy. Avoiding high traffic areas and times make the photo shoot go much smoother.

Appointment cancellations must be done at least 1 day prior. If you must cancel your shoot, you receive a $50 credit to use towards a reschedule within 1 month of cancellation.
The photographer carries a professional camera and flash but not studio flashes. Pics305 is a company dedicated to shooting with the available light of your chosen location. This is why we recommend your shoot take place at least 1.5 hours before sunset. Low light situations compromises the quality of images. Photo shoots outdoors are not available after sunset; we cover indoor evening events or photo shoots.
